It has now been five years since you've been treating me for depression. You have seen me through one of my most difficult times, which was being diagnosed with breast cancer last year, having surgery last year and this year, and then getting the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, active CMV, and Epstein Bar virus.

I want to thank you again for making my life better. I can now place myself in more calm and peaceful situations. I can stand up for myself in a rational way, without being reduced to tears. I now make better choices and am a happier person, even though my life may be crumbling around me. I'm realistic about my situation and am able to cope in a mature and calm, reasonable way.

Much success on your book and in your future. May many more suffering individuals, find the freedom which you have afforded me, through your expertise and knowledge in the treatment and diagnosis of depression.
